What can I expect?

Acupuncture experiences can vary from person to person. Most people feel a sense of deep relaxation and fall asleep.

What should I wear?

We recommend comfortable loose-fitting clothing. Preferably shorts and a tank top or pants that can be rolled up above the knee.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes! We are an in-network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield, 1199, and United Healthcare. We also accept Aetna out-of-network, Motor-vehicle accidents (No-fault), and worker’s comp insurance.

As a courtesy to our patients, insurance benefits will be verified before acupuncture treatments to determine exact coverage details.

Is acupuncture painful?

No acupuncture is not painful! Some areas of the body are more sensitive than others like the hands and feet. You may feel some insertions for a second but most patients do not feel the needle insertion.
