To ensure patient safety during the Covid-19 pandemic we have implemented several new office policies following CDC guidelines.

Patients are encouraged to wear a mask or face covering while in the office.

​

Patients will be asked to reschedule their appointment if they or someone in their household have experienced any of the following within the last 10 days:

-Fever

-Chills

-Cough

-Shortness of breath

-Loss of sense of smell or taste

-Body aches

-A positive test for Covid-19
